Dr. Eitan Diamond is the manager of the Diakonia International Humanitarian Law Centre in Jerusalem and a member of the Board of Directors of Parents against Child Detention which he helped to establish. He previously worked as an expert consultant for UNICEF and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), among others.

Hannah Friedman was the founder of PCATI and its Executive Director during the organization first 15 years. Under her guidance PCATI led the HCJ “Torture Petition”, which set a precedent and outlawed torture in Israel. In 2013 she received the Leibowitz Prize for her persistent anti-torture advocacy.
