Adv. Tal Steiner is PCATI’s Executive Director since July 2020. Prior to that, Tal has served as the head of the legal department at the Hotline for Refugees and Migrants, as an associate human rights officer at the UN office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) and as a lawyer in Hamoked: Center for the Defense of the Individual, as well as in private practice. Tal holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem (LL.B., 2011) and a master’s degree in International Law and Human Rights (Summa cum Laude) from The Striks School of Law, The College of Management, Israel.
