This report from 2014 surveys the systematic failures in the examination of cases of soldier violence against detainees, the vast majority Palestinians, in the occupied Palestinian territory. The report shows that the military authorities rely on deficient investigation methods in fulfilling their duty to investigate cases of violence and bringing those responsible to justice.
