Samar Baidoun is an expert in organizational development with focus on planning, monitoring and evaluation systems. Samar is a well known trainer, evaluator and coach.
Samar comes with extensive experience in working with civil society organizations primarily in the third world and conflict zones. She trained and capacitated numerous teams and organizations in Palestine, Lebanon, Israel, Egypt, S. Africa, Sri Lanka, Tunis, Libya, Nepal and more. She trained a various thematic areas including; project planning and monitoring, budgeting, fundraising, conflict transformation and other human-rights oriented trainings. Samar had also evaluated a large number of international projects for international donors including; the EU, Oxfam, Christian Aid, DFID, the British Embassy in TA, the British Council in Jerusalem, Austrian Aid, Norwegian Aid and others.
Samar completed her health administration and development studies at the University of Texas in Houston, and masters three languages, Arabic, Hebrew and English.
